Kevin is a graduate of CSU Fresno, with a degree in Accountancy. Kevin has over eight years of experience as an IRS Agent with the Laguna Niguel District. He has vast knowledge of IRS policies & procedures, at the District & Service Center level of the IRS. He has been with the firm since 1994 in Carlsbad, CA. While working at the IRS, Kevin headed the medical profession industry audit. He also drafted procedure guidelines for non-filers, as well as working with the offers-in-compromise and collection department. He also has worked numerous years on corporate, individual, trust, and partnership cases.
